Update BAS 2.x to 3.x

If you received your BAS after Aug 11 2009 you are at 3.x or higher and can disregard this procedure.

For those who are upgrading their BAS follow the simple steps within the online video. You will need access to the BIQ loader within your centralized BIQ environment.
